The World’s 50 Best Restaurants

The S.Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2010 will be announced on Monday 26th April. The list is the result of an extensive poll of the world’s most celebrated chefs, renowned food critics, leading restaurateurs and well-travelled gourmands – collectively they are The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy. The list creates tremendous debate – and it’s meant to. What makes the best dining experience to one person will be different for another, hence, we conduct a poll. This way, we can show you what experts feel are the best restaurants at the moment.

This new site will give you insights from our academy though our blog, plus news, debate and upcoming events. This site also aims to explain our mission, how we do it , and who our academy chairs are.
