Jan is one of the founders, as well as editor at large and main contributor, of the new Swedish restaurant guide White Guide, which consists of reviews of Sweden's Top 500 restaurants. Jan was up until the end of 2007 Editor in chief of Swedish magazine Gourmet, for which he travelled to the world's foremost gastronomic destinations in Africa, Europe and the Americas.
