François is restaurant critic for Le Figaro and author of many books, including Comment Devenir Critique Gastronomique Sans Rien y Connaitre (How to Become a Restaurant Critic Without Knowing Anything About It). Previously he worked for the Gault-Millau magazine and guidebook, and on the Zagat Paris Guide, and he produced TV series Les Chroniques de François Simon.
