Lannice energetically follows parallel careers in book publishing, restaurant reviewing and food writing, she has written 15 cookbooks which have collectively sold some 500,000 copies. She was founding editor of South Africa's restaurant guide Eat Out for 18 years and now heads her own culinary consultancy and publishing company. Lannice sits on various judging panels, including the Galliova Award (for food-writing) and the Diners Club Wine List of the Year Awards.
