An elite group of the world’s most influential chefs, including many of Asia’s finest, will take part in a series of one-off events over several days in Singapore in March 2015.
The Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2015 programme runs from Friday 6th March through to Monday 9th March, offering discerning diners, aspiring chefs and foodies a series of unique opportunities to learn, taste, interact and experience from the very best.
The programme has three key strands: a Summit conference, a selection of one-off Masterclasses and series of Maestro Dinners. These take place in advance of the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2015 awards event, which is held on the evening of Monday 9th March.
The Summit culinary conference – entitled The New Modern: 2015 and Beyond – takes place on Sunday 8th March at Singapore’s 72-13 event space. It features leading chefs from Asia and beyond discussing the future of cooking, and debating whether the Asian avant-garde is here to stay.
Four extraordinary Masterclasses take place on the mornings of Sunday 8th March and Monday 9th March, with some of the world’s leading chefs, restaurateurs and wine experts hosting live and interactive cooking and tasting sessions for select guests.
The Maestro Dinners series see the likes of Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park in New York, Virgilio Martinez of Central in Lima and Gaggan Anand of Gaggan in Bangkok team up with Singapore’s finest chefs and restaurants to host ‘four-hand’ collaborative dinners over the same weekend.
