[...] 【訳者コメント】前回アメリカのトップ100パスタ記事を紹介しましたので、続けて順位ネタの記事を見つけましたので紹介します。世界のトップ50レストランリストです。Twitterでもつぶやかれていました。1位はなかなかいけそうもないデンマークのレストランです。十数年前ストックホルムに行ったときに、ノルウェー料理を一度食べましたが魚料理が苦手な私にはいまいちでした。が、世界一のノルウェー料理であれば、私でも美味しく食べられると思うので万が一デンマークに行くような事があればぜひ挑戦したいですね。日本のレストランは、レ・クレアシヨン・ド・ナリサワ(東京)12位、日本料理　龍吟(東京)20位の2店舗です。ちなみにトップ100までのリストも公開されていますが、90位に吉兆　嵐山が入っているのみです。 [...]
