Countdown to San Sebastián Gastronomika

Luciana Bianchi - 05/09/2011

(Press report) November 2011 will see the 13th edition of the emblematic gastronomy convention San Sebastián Gastronomika – Basque Country Savour It. Having firmly established itself with a highly successful 2010 event, the convention will this year once again play host to the international meeting of the newest culinary phenomenons from Spain and throughout the world. For the third consecutive year, the responsibility rests with El Diario Vasco and grup gsr-produccions de gastronomía for the organisation of an event whose ideology, based on strict professionalism, innovation on all fronts and the creation of a fun-loving atmosphere, aims to be the backbone and shop window both for new gastronomic trends and the most original presentation formats rising to the needs of the 21st century. As in previous editions of the convention, our Technical Committee will be formed by some of the standard bearers of Basque cuisine today:

Hilario Arbelaitz – Zuberoa restaurant
Karlos Arguiñano – Karlos Arguiñano restaurant
Juan Mari Arzak – Arzak restaurant
Martin Berasategui – Martin Berasategui restaurant
Andoni Luis Aduriz – Mugaritz restaurant
Pedro Subijana – Akelare restaurant
Roser Torras – grup gsr-produccions de gastronomia
