Paco Roncero is coming to London to present elBulli's cuisine at the charity ball from Elton John.
The Grey Goose Winter Ball 2011 features a ground-breaking menu by elBulli alongside creative collaborations with Christian Louboutin, Marc Quinn and Jonathan Saunders.
The evening, hosted by David Furnish, Sir Elton John and Grey Goose, will be the first time elBulli's cuisine is served since the restaurant closed its doors in July, and the first time in history that it will be cooked in the UK.
The world-class food will be accompanied by spectacular bespoke cocktails, dazzling entertainment and a glittering guest list, alongside a selection of highly covetable creations by our character icons.
Illustrious shoe designer Christian Louboutin will design a bespoke cocktail bar for auction, whilst 'Young British Artist' Marc Quinn will apply his artistic talent to the event itself, with some of his creations being made available to purchase on the night. In addition, fashion designer Jonathan Saunders will create a one-off cocktail dress available to the highest bidder, alongside the uniforms to be worn by our Grey Goose Winter Ball team.
100% of the ticket price, alongside all donations and proceeds from the auction, will be donated directly to the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
