The S.Pellegrino World's Best Restaurants.

Chef David Chang has broken the mould this year by breaking into the World's 50 Best Restaurants with Momofuku Ssäm Bar. This is a no reservation policy restaurant, with dishes from $12.

Dishes such as Oysters with Kimchi Consomme, or Braised Brisket with Rice Noodles, Thai Basil and Coriander, this is focused, and fearless fusion cooking.

When you go to Ssäm Bar, and you must if you are in New York, make sure you get there early.
