Combal Zero is set within the Museum of contemporary art in Piedmont, and chef Davide Scabin uses a brand of hypercreative and experimental cooking. For example, Dish Elio Campari involves a helium balloon, exloding campari capsules and "incontrollable laugher" recounts a recent guest!
