Ultra cool Tantris is referred to by it's head chef and owners as a "non-conformist gourmet temple". The restaurant is a futuristic homage to the 1970's , and chef Hans Haas signature dish of Dove with marinated cabbage and black salsify make it a memorable experience indeed.
