Executive chef Wolfgang Fischer believes that if you’re going to work overseas, you should do it in style. He started his globetrotting adventures at the prestigious Waldorf Astoria in New York City, and is currently directing the food offering at Emirates Palace. In the 30 or so years in between, he’s worked in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea and Spain. Exactly the kind of experience you’d expect from the man behind the food at one of the world’s top hotels.
