Nautilus
Maybe it’s the unique setting that makes Nautilus so special. The shimmering Yas Viceroy Hotel is the only one in the world to straddle a Formula 1 racetrack. Or perhaps it’s the fine, locally caught seafood that keeps people coming back for more. From plump Gulf shrimps to fresh Omani lobsters, the regional treats on offer here are things to savour. Like most stylish and contemporary seafood restaurants, there’s a selection of fine wines to complement and enhance the bold flavours of the sea. And the impressive views of Yas Marina and its resident super-yachts only adds to the effect. Yet there’s only one way to decide for certain what makes Nautilus stand out, and that’s to experience its charms for yourself.
Not many can boast a CV as impressive as Rene Guttzeit. He learned his trade in London under Gordon Ramsay and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, at Boxwood Cafe and Vong respectively. From Europe to the Middle East, the German chef has certainly made his mark, and has been delighting Yas Viceroy patrons for the past two years.
