Chef Loughlin Druhan has one very simple aim: to position Jumeirah at Etihad Towers as the gourmet flagship of Abu Dhabi and the UAE. At Quest, he’s already on track to meet his goal. In a distinguished career, Druhan has worked in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. Here he leads a team of 220 chefs throughout the hotel, passing on his exacting standards, guidance and vision, and driving them on to meet the highest levels of performance, quality of product, taste and presentation.
