Jean Ballouz

Originally from Lebanon, Jean Ballouz has spent nearly two decades with the Intercontinental group. His passion, dedication and commitment has been evident throughout his career, during which the university graduate has learnt much about a wide variety of international cuisines. Today he leads the award-winning kitchens at Intercontinental Abu Dhabi, overseeing a range of cooking styles, from Brazilian to Italian.
