Cocotte

Located in the lobby of the Wanderlust Hotel – the latest project from hip hotelier Loh Lik Peng – Cocette takes inspiration from the casual dining concepts that chefs Anthiony and Yeoh and Alysia Chan experienced when travelling through the French countryside.

Simple, hearty French cuisine that focuses on freshness, flavour and technique is the core of the menu with classic rustic dishes including deep-fried tripe and escargot gougeres, snails in cheese puffs with fresh herb butter. The restaurant aims to replicate how families commune over meals, with dishes coming in sharing portions for a more informal dining experience.

André Chiang

Anthony Yeoh studied economics in Australia and was a disc jockey before donning the white jacket and enrolling at the Sunrice Culinary Academy in Singapore in 2007. Following his training, where he worked alongside Alysia Chan, he set up the personal home chef business Funky Chef teaching people to cook in their own homes. This casual style of cooking captured the attention of the media with a feature on a local TV network and which led to him working with hotelier Long Lik Peng.
