Rashmi Uday Singh
Winner of “The Best of the Best” World Gourmand Awards in Paris (2009) in Frankfurt (2008) and Kuala Lumpur (2006) for her books, Rashmi Uday Singh, is synonymous with Good Food for the past two decades.Having studied law and management, she worked with the prestigious Indian Revenue Service, which she quit after fifteen years as Deputy Commissioner to follow her creative muse in newsprint and television.

Having trained with the BBC in London, Singh completed a yearlong successful T.V series on DD Metro,” Health Today”: the popular Food and travel show “Foodie Fundas with Rashmi” Singh : and has recently filmed for Channel 4 as Gordon Ramsay’s guide to South India and her TV show “Delicious Discoveries with Rashmi Uday Singh” has been telecast on ET NOW and FOODIE AWARDS on TIMES NOW is being telecast..

Singh has represented India in international seminars and discussions in New York. London, Singapore and California, is a Chaine De Rotisseur.She has been awarded the “Experience Singapore” award in Singapore and the “Atout France Best Media personality award 2010″ by the French Government. The World Gourmand award has nominated The Times food guide as “India winner” for 2011, Singh has recently received the Gr8 Woman Acheivers award 2011 for “culinary literature” in New Delhi.
