11th-13 October, Earls Court 2, London.

The Restaurant Show this year will have an international flavour, as some of the World’s 50 Best chefs come to London to present alongside their UK colleagues.

Mathias Dahlgren (Mathias Dahlgren, Stockholm), Massimo Bottura (Osteria Francescana, Italy) , Mauro Colagreco (Mirazur, France), Ingatius Chan (Iggy’s, Singapore),  and the UK’s own Ashley Palmer-Watts (The Fat Duck) and Claude Bosi (Hibiscus) will all be in our Centre stage during the three days at Earls Court.

There will also be a host of the UK’s very finest on hand to offer their advise and experiences, from Albert Roux, to the Galvin brothers, Vivek Singh (Cinnamon Club) to Jun Tanaka  (Pearl).

The National Chef of the Year 2010 will also reach it’s climax at the Show, where the live finals will take place. The overall winner will be announced at the National Restaurant Awards on Monday 11th October.  Past winners of National Chef of the Year include Gordon Ramsay, Mark Sargeant and Simon Hulstone.
