Chefs and restaurateurs from all over the region have arrived in Mexico City just in time for Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, which will be revealed at a grand ceremony on Monday 26th September.

What does a chef do with 24 hours in Mexico’s capital? We asked Edgar Nuñez Magaña, owner of Sud777 in the southern Pedregal district, for his top tips.
