Nahm chef David Thompson cooks for Asia's 50 Best chefs at Long Chim in Singapore

When David Thompson, owner of Nahm in Bangkok, decided to open Long Chim in Singapore, he didn't imagine he'd be cooking for more than 50 of Asia's finest chefs and restaurateurs within his third week of opening. A feat for any cook, he pulled it off when on Tuesday 10th March the chefs from Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2015 descended on his restaurant at the city's Marina Bay Sands shopping mall. We talked to David in the run-up to the Chefs' Feast and got the first exclusive insights into his brand new Thai kitchen at Long Chim.
