Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2015, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, was revealed at a star-studded ceremony at Capella Singapore on Monday 9th March. Gaggan in Bangkok was crowned the new No. 1, also picking up The S.Pellegrino Best Restaurant in Thailand award.
