In the fourth of the #50BestTalks: Food Forward series, Ferran Adrià talks about El Bulli's legacy.

Six years have passed since El Bulli, the five-time No.1 in The World's 50 Best Restaurants, famously conducted its last service. But chef-owner Ferran Adrià insists El Bulli never closed – it merely changed its purpose, becoming a cultural foundation and museum centred on the restaurant and the history of gastronomy.

Speaking at the #50BestTalks: Food Forward event in Barcelona, part of the celebrations for The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 15th Anniversary, presented by Miele, Adrià talked about the many ways in which the restaurant world has changed since El Bulli closed its doors, and the importance of transferring knowledge to the next generation of chefs and restaurateurs.
