Employees Only has been a must-visit in New York for the past 15 years, so it's not surprising that the winning formula has gone global. Hong Kong was the fourth outpost to open its doors, back in 2017. The menu is split into three sections: 'Aperitifs' (think Sazerac and Manhattan), 'Fancy Cocktails' (‘Ready Fire Aim’ is a blend of QuiQuiRiQui Mezcal, lime, house-made honey-pineapple syrup and Firewater Tincture) and 'Long Drinks & Cocktails' (including the refreshing ‘Waterloo’, combining Beefeater, Campari fresh watermelon and lemon).
