Frantzén's Kitchen

Hong Kong, China

As Björn Frantzén’s first Hong Kong outpost, this eponymous restaurant showcases the acclaimed Swedish chef’s well-known Nordic flavours, with an Asian twist. A nine-course tasting of bone marrow and caviar, French toast with summer truffle, and cold poached blue lobster at the kitchen counter is the best way to try Frantzén’s food, but there’s also an à la carte with many of these dishes available individually. The dining room may be relaxed and informal, but the food is something special – the chef’s flagship Frantzén in Stockholm is a regular in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list and the first in Sweden to be awarded three Michelin stars.
