British chef Jason Atherton and Singaporean restaurateur Yenn Wong are behind this modern Spanish-style bodega, which opened just down the road from their other venue 22 Ships. Ham & Sherry is definitely the more relaxed younger sibling, decked out in patterned Catalonian white-and-blue tiles and featuring (of course) Iberico ham swinging from hooks above the bar. Sherry (again, of course) is the main focus when it comes to drinks and a sommelier is on hand to guide guests with ham pairings or recommendations. A side door in the alleyway next to Ham & Sherry gives way to the hidden Back Bar, which has a totally different feel to the restaurant.
