A home from home. That's what Brazilian-born Tabata Mey and her husband Ludovic (whom she met while working at Noma) have sought to create at Les Apothicaires. This intimate restaurant is like a culinary museum, scattered with antiques, comfortable benches and cushions. The cuisine showcases seasonal, wild and locally sourced ingredients, crafted by the hands of artists. Look out for sandalwood-smoked trout with burrata, the pearly cod, kohlrabi flowers and pollen, and the fermented black rice with peaches and yoghurt sorbet. You won't want to leave.
