Baton Rouge

Paris, France

Baton Rouge may be in Paris, but this characterful bar is straight out of bayou, with its voodoo decor, punchy cocktails and Southern-style snacks. Restaurateurs Joseph Biolatto and Julien Escot landed on the small, dimly lit space and turned it into a Louisiana-themed success. Cocktails are based on New Orleans classics, stemming from the city’s historic recipe books of the 1930s, with fizzes, Sazeracs and Vieux Carrés expertly shaken and made. The Big Easy theme makes the bar perfect for a rowdy and good-natured night out.
