Miss T is a slick restaurant and bar drawing inspiration from Southeast Asia’s Golden Triangle — Thailand, Laos and Myanmar, with a touch of Vietnam. Former NYC bartender Jeremy Buck is at the helm behind the bar, with a little help from Hong Kong-based drinks consultancy Beverage & Co. There's a full-on ice programme plus a strong line of homemade ingredients, with a whole host of original cocktails. The ‘Princess Hanh’ is a combination of pandan-infused Absolut, sake, fresh pineapple juice, citrus and slow-cooked basmati reduction.
