Expect the same elegance, sophistication and decadence from this, the family's flagship in Tokyo (a boutique and cafe also operate in the city). The restaurant is bright and airy and capable of seating 70 guests, with further capacity for 12 in a private dining room. Highlights of the set dinner menu include ‘Pigeon Ruddy Lips’, ‘Veil of Tofu’, ‘Shitake and Camomile and Bresaola of Tuna’, ‘Eggplant and Celery’. Close your eyes and you can almost smell the French countryside.
