The classical devotion to seasonal fruits is elevated in drinks such as the ‘Black Truffle & Strawberry Martini’, while in other drinks it's more about the technique. The bar's experimentation with the G&T has led to a version where the gin and lime are infused in a freezer overnight, for example.
