The Scottish Highlands vibe is further entrenched by oak floors, leather sofas and a fireplace. The Macallan is the signature whisky here, complete with some of the distillery’s rarest offerings, but there’s plenty more whisky to choose from too – somewhere in the region of 400 bottles. Beyond whisky there’s an extensive selection of fruity cocktails, a dedicated Mojito list, and much more.
