Monaco’s glamorous Hotel Métropole is the setting for the Jacques Garcia-designed Joël Robuchon restaurant, opened in 2004. Drapes and colonnades frame the dining room while a tree-lined terrace overlooks the Mediterranean and, if you time it right, part of the legendary grand prix circuit. Executive chef Christophe Cussac remains true to the vision of his late mentor: precise renditions of French haute cuisine across several menus, perhaps the most popular of which is a lunch offering that can be built according to appetite and includes a dessert from the famed trolley.
