A short and sweet menu with creative flair awaits at Barra Lima, a small but cute spot in upmarket San Isidro. Chef John Evans deals exclusively in fish and shellfish, playing around with Peruvian classics to give them a new edge; think clams with leche de tigre (tiger milk) emulsion, razor clams with black garlic and Amazon causa (an historic Peruvian potato dish).
