Eat Me Restaurant

Bangkok, Thailand

If you lived in Bangkok, Eat Me could easily become a regular haunt. Opened by Aussie siblings Darren and Cherie Hausler in 1998, with US-born head chef Tim Butler in the kitchen, the laidback restaurant has been drawing diverse crowds for years – and has previously starred on Asia’s 50 Best list. The menu is truly international: bouillabaisse sits alongside sea urchin rice, pappardelle spicy rabbit ragu and Australian salt brush lamb rack. Take a seat on the upper floor balcony, peruse some art in the gallery or chill with a cocktail in the ground-floor lounge. The kitchen and bar remain open until 1am every day.
