From Selin Kiazim and Laura Christie, the team behind smash-hit Shoreditch restaurant Oklava, Kyseri brings refined Turkish and Cypriot cuisine to a small, bright and relaxed dining room. Specialising in manti (tortelloni-like pasta dumplings with fillings such as beef and sour cherry), Kyseri also serves sharing mains such as crispy fried sheep’s milk hellim (cheese) and lamb sweetbreads with braised garlic. Aside from the à la carte, there’s a good value tasting menu available for the whole table and refreshing cocktails such as grapefruit and mastiha sour.
