Based inside the Blue Mountain cookery school, Mãos is a 16-seat intimate dining experience from Nuno Mendes, the chef behind the fashionable Chiltern Firehouse. Head chef Edoardo Pellicano puts together showstoppers such as baked celeriac with koji crumble and black truffle dessert and small bites including citrus tacos and toasted rice with cherry tomatoes. This is a communal dining experience, with all guests seated around a long, wooden table; there is also an option to explore and eat a course in the kitchen.
