Roganic

London, UK

After a two-year stint as a pop-up, followed by a five-year hiatus, field-to-plate temple Roganic reopened permanently in Marylebone in 2018. The menu, led by Oli Marlow, part of the original team, displays elements of chef Simon Rogan’s flagship Lake District restaurant L’Enclume – fresh produce from Rogan’s Cumbrian farm, a wealth of foraged ingredients, hyper-precise presentation – while a minimalist, 40-cover dining room sports a natural palette of taupe, gold and brown. Representative dishes include seaweed custard, a millet porridge with blue cheese and bone marrow, and salt-baked celeriac with enoki mushrooms.
