Bite-sized whimsy is what you'll find in the imaginative tapas prepared at The Bazaar. Much like his inspiration, Ferran Adrià of El Bulli fame, Andrés plays with the textures, ingredients and presentations of traditional Spanish food with servings like jamón Ibérico atop a hollowed-out ‘air baguette’ or trompe l'oeil ‘olives’ in which the juice is miraculously encased in a thin spherical gel. The menu overseen by Chef de Cuisine Holly Jivin is massive, allowing diners to snack or feast alone or with a large group. Don't miss creative cocktails such as the cotton candy mojito.
