A communal table for 16 and a delectable farm-to-table Korean fine-dining tasting menu awaits at Maum, which is owned by Brian and Grace Koo and started life as a private supper club. Led by husband-and-wife chef team Michael and Meichih Kim, the food is an expression of the restaurants name, translating as ‘from the heart’. Inspiration is taken from Michael’s childhood and brought up to date: think blood sausage with preserved shrimp and wagyu galbi (ribs). Two Master Sommeliers oversee wine pairings.
