No.36 – Dal Pescatore

With Nadia Santini at it’s helm, Dal Pescatore has one if Italy’s most celebrated women chefs. So desirable are dishes such as Calves Liver with artichoke and rosemary butter, that Dal Pescatore now has it’s own heliport for those “short stop over” international guests.
