Harald Wohlfahrt takes full advantage of the abundance of quality and diverse ingredients the Black Forest has to offer.

He has one stipulation – “every dish begins with an unparalleled product”. Local Berries and mushrooms make regular appearances on his menu as does quail and deer, presented in Wohlfhart’s signature immaculate way.
