No.25 – Mathias Dahlgren
A debut for a Restaurant opening less than two years ago, Mathias Dahlgren’s twin restaurant concept in Stockholm’s Grand Hotel provides diners with a trendy informal “Food Bar” in the Matbaren, or the more formal dining room of the “Matsalen”. Mathias’s natural cuisine is based on childhood memories and national culinary heritage, and has, according to the New York Times, raised the bar in a city with no shortage of beautiful dining rooms.
