In the third and final installment of our Show Us Your Flavor series in association with The Glenlivet, we take a tour of Estela in New York City with chef Ignacio Mattos and his co-owner Thomas Carter.

Estela, which entered The World's 50 Best Restaurants list at No.44 this year, focuses on Mediterranean-inspired food with a distinct New York flavor, with dishes including beef tartare with sunchoke.

In the video, chef Mattos and Beverage and Service Director Carter talk us through Estela's cured fluke with sea urchin dish, which pairs perfectly with the sweet fruitiness and delicate spice in The Glenlivet's 15 Year Old.
