It might be hard to find, and only has 12 seats, but there's nothing speakeasy about the feel of Melbourne's Above Board. Instead, its design is open and minimalist, with a shared, central table of American walnut and a feel that's been described as more dinner party than cocktail bar. Bartender Hayden Lambert provides personal service, as well as a choice of classics or signature serves, such as the ‘Not The Jungle Bird’, with orange and lime juice.
