Brazilian tradition meets global modernity
Combining contemporary and traditional at Mani, minimalist whites, yellows and cobalt-blue tables merge with rustic furniture, Murano glass and alpaca skin lampshades. Husband and wife Daniel Redondo and Helena Rizzo use culinary influences from Brazil, Spain and Italy, and Rizzo’s Brazilian roots are always to the fore – hence the maniocas, baked and served with tucupi froth, coconut milk and white truffle olive oil.
