A long story full of passion and authenticity enclosed in Cavalier Pasquale Vena’s secret recipe: created in Pisticci in 1894, a small village in Basilicata a few steps from Matera (European capital of culture), in the back room of the Vena cookie bakery.

Amaro Lucano is the result of a careful blend of more than 30 finest herbs and numerous essential oils. The mixture obtained, is then left to age for at least five months.

A distinctive taste with strong citrus notes, perfect for all occasions enjoyed neat, shaken, stirred, chilled, with ice or with an orange zest. Thanks to its extremely balanced profile it is ideal as the base for numerous and original cocktails.
