A long Italian story full of passion and authenticity is enclosed in Cavalier Pasquale Vena's secret recipe that was created in 1894 in Pisticci, a small village in Basilicata a few steps from Matera (European Capital of Culture 2019), in the back room of the Vena family bakery.

Amaro Lucano is the result of a careful blend of more than 30 finest herbs and numerous essential oils. The mixture is produced and then left to age for at least five months.

It creates a distinctive flavour with strong citrus notes and is perfect for all occasions enjoyed neat, shaken, stirred, chilled, with ice or with orange zest.
