Born in Canada, our story, like many others, was carved from a dream.


At NOA, we fell deeply in love with the hospitality industry. At our core, we believe in making everyone feel welcome and embracing everything that comes with it: the adrenaline, the energy, the connections, the noise, the rush, the fatigue, the smiles, the celebrations, and yes, even the hangovers.

After countless late nights behind the bar, the "NOA Boys" recognized a critical blind spot in the industry. Inclusivity was missing from the experience itself. The same passion and care poured into cocktails was often absent from their non-alcoholic counterparts.

If someone chooses not to drink, for any reason, will they feel comfortable ordering something not listed on the menu? Will they feel seen?

NOA is our answer.

We do not remove alcohol from our products. We craft them up, building layers of complexity for an exceptional taste. Winner of the Best Canadian Spirit in 2024 and 2023 (alcoholic spirit included), we have accumulated 11 medals since our humble beginnings in 2023. Our journey is inspired by European liqueurs traditions, where maceration of herbs, roots, spices and citrus bring depth, while our blend of natural extracts and flavours are carefully designed to make NOA a spirit that can be enjoyed on its own.

We exist to bring inclusivity to hospitality, one safe space at a time. We believe that for the non-alcoholic category to truly matter, it must be exceptional, delicious, creative, and inspiring.

In 2024, we launched Beyond NOA, Canada's first professional non-alcoholic cocktail competition, created to support and uplift the people who care for others every day.

Because in hospitality, those who give the most should be taken care of too.
