Founded in September 2023 by Sudarat 'Taln' Rojanavanich and Veerach 'Aum' Sawaengsupt, Bar Us reflects their shared vision rooted in hospitality, identity, and experience. Both partners have backgrounds in art direction and a deep love for spatial storytelling, which has shaped the concept of Bar Us in terms of design, service flow, and the overall visual language. 

Every cocktail at Bar Us is a lesson in precision – layered, balanced and rooted in Thai flavours. Crafted with fresh ingredients and exacting technique, each drink reimagines familiar dishes as a new sensory experience told through taste, texture, and aroma.

Bar Us reimagines the 'Drinking Room' as an intimate, thoughtful space where the focus isn't just on what's in the glass, but the entire experience that surrounds it.

The menu reads like a tasting menu – structured yet playful. The 'Starter' section sets the tone with light, refreshing serves that wake up the palate. The 'Mains' dive into bolder, food-inspired cocktails that are savoury, layered and sometimes disarmingly familiar. Think guava leaf, green chilli, makrut lime and an ensuing explosion of Thai flavours in every sip. Then it's time for 'After', where nostalgia meets indulgence: soft, comforting drinks that linger, while 'All Night' is a selection of easy-going classics: refined, modernised, and never over the top. 

That's the menu of bar that has wowed the world since launching in 2023 – not least landing it the No.4 spot on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025.
