Finca El Paraíso - Luigi Bosca
Maipú, Mendoza, Argentina
- No.70 The World's 50 Best Vineyards 2025
Luigi Bosca's founders, the Arizu family, have opened up their historic estate, Finca El Paraíso in Maipú, to the public, turning it into a high-end wine tourism destination. Dotted with water features and classical statues, the sprawling estate is home to their oldest vineyards and a neoclassical mansion dating back to 1905. During guided tours you can learn about the family's focus on precision viticulture and sustainable practices, capping things off with a tasting of the wines made there, including De Sangre Uco Valley malbec and icon wine – Paraíso. Kick back on the grass with a glass of bubbles during a private picnic within the grounds, or learn the art of open-fire cooking with chef Pablo del Río, who'll whip up an eight-course flame-grilled feast paired with Luigi Bosca wines in the greenhouse.
